The first half opened with points from Caoimhe Doherty and Eimear Quinn before goals from Eimear and Aoife Doherty. The half time score was 3-6 to 0-0 in favour of the visitors.
The Glebe girls opened the second half with very impressive play from Anna McHugh and Clodagh Sweeney in midfield. Eimear Ui Baoghil put in a fine display of blocking and tackling at half forward and more goals came from Ornaith Ui Fhearghail and Eimear Ui Baoghil. In the end the Gaels girls ran out convincing winners.
The full Gaels squad were all outstanding on the night showing outstanding Camogie skills and great determination. They demonstrated team work, support and communication across the pitch. It was a great team display and reward for all the hard work in training with coach Ann Marie Gibbons and Aideen Quinn for her continued development of Camogie within the club.
