Pride of place this week goes to our under-13s who advanced in the SFAI National Cup with a great 2-0 win at Castlebar Celtic.
A combination of David Boyle and Nathan Plumb got the opener while Adam Yissau got the other. They are on the road again when they face St Josephs Boys in Dublin in the last 16.
Our u16s also won at the weekend with a fine 5-0 win at Gweedore Celtic. Goalscorers in that one were Brandon Manues, Dylan Doogan, Michael Gallagher, Clinton Ilepeju and Gabriel Aduaka.
Our Youths lost out at home to Fanad 3-0 in the League and will travel to play Swilly Rovers in Colin Breslin cup action this week. Kick off is at 130pm.
Our seniors returned to league action and had a good 3-1 win at home to Bonagee. Paul Boyle, Paul McVeigh and Steve Okakpo-Emeka on the mark there. This week the senior travel to play Derry City Reserves on Sunday at Templemore. kick off is at 2pm..
Busy weekend also on the schoolboy front sees the u14s Rovers face Gweedore Celtic at the Aura at 1145am on Saturday while the u14s Crusaders are away to Swilly Rovers also at 1145am.
Our u12s Rovers make the trip to Keadue on Saturday morning with a 1030am kickoff while the u12s Crusaders play Bonagee Arcade at home on Sunday morning at 1015am.
The u14s United travel to play Gweedore Celtic Impact on Sunday at 1130am.
The clubs AGM will be held in the Station House Hotel on Friday 26th February at 730pm, All motions to be with club secretary Eric White by 19th February.
