Donegal’s Allianz Football League Division 2 fixture against Meath has been given the green light this evening.
Officials inspected Sean MacCumhaill Park in Ballybofey ahead of the game (throw-in 7pm) and have passed the pitch as playable.
Ground staff at the venue have been monitoring the pitch over the last 24 hours on an ongoing basis following this week’s adverse weather condition.
A late morning inspection was satisfactory and the game goes ahead.
Both Donegal and Meath are aiming to make it two wins from two after wins over Clare and Tipperary last weekend.
