Cappry native Muldoon will wear the No9 jersey and based in Wales where she lines out for Skewen she will have an inside track on Saturday’s opponents.
Stapleton, from Fahan, recently captained Old Belvedere to victory in the Women’s All-Ireland League.
Having won the 2013 Grand Slam and then the championship last season, Ireland are looking for a third title in four seasons.
