We have had a great response to Operation Reformation! 190 people came to the Bayview on Thursday to register and get their blood pressure, Blood sugar, weight and BMI checked.
Operation Reformation continues tonight, Thursday, where there will be a walk/run leaving from St Catherine’s Vocational Cchool. There will be a €5 charge each week which will be donated to a chosen charity.
There will be teams formed at the beginning of Operation Reformation and there will be a competition between all teams to see which team looses the most weight over eight weeks! (No individual’s weight loss will be disclosed) there will be a weigh in every second week before the walk/run.
After eight weeks there will be a 5km walk/run and prize giving to the winning team!
We are delighted that the community has got behind Operation Reformation to improve the wellbeing of everyone! We ask that children who wish to take part must be accompanied by their own parent/s or guardian. Killybegs GAA will not be responsible for children dropped off to partake on their own.
