Killybegs GAA will be holding Operation Reformation from the second week in January for eight weeks.On Thursday the 7th of Jan (5-8pm) there will be a Health and Wellbeing and Registration evening for Operation Reformation.
People will have the opportunity to have their Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar, BMI and Weight checked on the night. There will also be tables with various information, all in relation to Health and Wellbeing.
Operation Reformation will begin on the second week in January on two nights per week, Tuesday evenings, 7-8pm will involve an exercise class with a qualified instructor and on Thursdays, 7-8pm there will be a walk/run.
There will be a €5 charge each week which will be donated to a chosen charity. There will be teams formed at the beginning of Operation Reformation and there will be a competition between all teams to see which team looses the most weight over 8 weeks! (No individual’s weight loss will be disclosed) there will be a weigh in every second week before the walk/run.
After 8 weeks there will be a 5km walk/run and prize giving to the winning team.
This week’s Kilotto numbers were 12,23,27,28 There was no Jackpot winner. Next weeks Jackpot is at €5,800. There was one match 3 winner, Lily Smith, Parkhead, who won €180
There was no winner of the bingo Jackpot. Next weeks bingo jackpot is at €3.600 on 45 no.’s. Bingo every Monday 9pm
The Senior board AGM will take place on Sunday the 17th of January.
