Kilcar have just got themselves a new supporter

THINGS ARE GOING well in Kilcar at the minute.

The Towney-based side opened their Michael Murphy Sports & Leisure Donegal SFC with a decent draw at St Eunan’s in May and the team managed by Martin McHugh are top of the AllSportStore.com All-County Football League Division 1.

Kilcar have plenty of interest in the Donegal panel as well ahead of Sunday’s Ulster SFC final against Tyrone in Clones with Ryan, Mark and Eoin McHugh as well as Patrick and Stephen McBrearty.

Tonight at club training, RTÉ commentator Marty Morrissey, who was visiting the area, popped in to see what was happening and was happy to pose for a snap with the Kilcar jersey and its county players.
