KILCAR AND GLENSWILLY have been granted a pardon from All-County League action this weekend ahead of Sunday-week’s county final.
The clubs, who are set to cross swords in the Michael Murphy Sports & Leisure Donegal SFC final on October 16, had been pencilled in for League games this weekend.
Kilcar, one of the challengers for the Division 1 title, were set to take on relegation-threatened Ardara on Sunday.

The two clubs lobbied the Competitons Controls Committee (CCC) seeking a free weekend with the county final joust in mind.
CCC Chairman Declan Martin has confirmed that the games involving the county finalists have been postponed.
