Joe Duffy might be out of action after shoulder surgery – but the Burtonport man has teamed up with a new management company.
Duffy, who expects to be back into the octagon by the end of 2018, has signed with MMA Dominance.
The founder and President of MMA Dominance, Ali Abdelaziz, is a controversial figure and he wasted no time in issuing a wind-up.
Duffy famously defeated Conor McGregor at Cage Warriors 39 and Abdelaziz was quick off the mark

Lightweight Duffy is 4-2 in the UFC and lost his last fight to James Vick in November.
At UFC 217 in New York, referee Todd Anderson stopped the fight just one second from the end of the second round.
