AMY BOYLE-CARR and Tyler Toland have been selected on the Republic of Ireland Under-16 panel for the European Development Tournament in Hungary.
Boyle-Carr, who hails from Glenties, and St Johnston’s Toland, will travel to Hungary with the Sharon Byrne-managed squad next week.
Boyle-Carr, who plays for Donegal Town FC and attends St Columba’s Comprehensive School in Glenties and Deele College student Toland, who plays her club football with Maiden City, are no strangers to the international scene.
Earlier this month, they were part of the Republic of Ireland Under-15 team who were beaten 1-0 by England in the final of the Bob Docherty Tournament in Wales.
The Donegal pair both scored in a 5-0 win over Wales earlier in the competition.
In Hungary, Ireland take on Slovakia on May 8, Bosnia and Herzegovina on May 10 and hosts Hungary on May 12.
