CIARAN MCGONAGLE WAS THE first man home at the Milford National School 10K on Saturday morning.
The Rosses AC member (pictured above right), who was second in this year’s Donegal Marathon, came home in a time of 33 minutes and 49 seconds. Second place went to Ivan Toner from Letterkenny AC in 34:38, with Ann Marie McGlynn third overall and the first woman home. The Letterkenny AC clubwoman clocked 34:52.
The top five was completed by Paul Ward of TÃr Chonaill AC in fourth with 35:16 and Letterkenny AC’s Daniel Hannigan was fifth with 37:17.
