MARTIN O’REILLY HAD arguably his best game in a Donegal shirt to date on Saturday evening at Breffni Park in Cavan.
The MacCumhaill’s clubman hit three points and was excellent in linking up play for Rory Gallagher’s side in their dramatic 0-17 to 2-10 win over reigning Ulster champions Monaghan in the semi-final replay.

[adrotate group=”61″]Martin O’Reilly produced his best performance yet in the Donegal jersey in their Ulster Semi-Final replay victory over Monaghan.
He scored three fine points from play, but his performance was about much more than what he registered on the score-board.
Named at corner-forward, he roved all over the field to great effect and got on a huge amount of ball. His ability to pick up the ball in deep positions, carry it forward effectively, and then pick out a judicious pass meant he was the engine that constantly drove Donegal forward.
