Martin Harley guided Caspar The Cub to victory at Kempton Park yesterday evening.
Harley rode the 15/8 shot to a comfortable victory in the Maiden Stakes.
The Alan King-trained three-year-old was sent out by Harley to lead and over the final furling the opened up a huge gap.
By the end of the one mile and three furlongs race, Caspar The Cup had almost four lengths to spare.
Harley was a short head away from a remarkable win on the 66/1 Pipes Of Peace.
In that race, Harley made rapid progress, but was edged at the death by 8/1 shot Victory Chime. There was only a short head between them at the post.
Harley returns to action tomorrow at York.
