DUNGLOE CAME OUTÂ on top of last night’s AllSportStore.com All-County Football League Division 1Â clash in Rosses Park against St Eunan’s – securing top flight football for 2017.

Two first half goals from brothers Conor and Ryan Greene gave the home side a good cushion at half time. A Ryan Greene free and Conor Greene goal had the home side in front 1-1 to 0-0 after six minutes.

Paddy McGowan and  Donnacha Gallagher got St Eunan’s first two points as the game. However, Tony Boyle’s side hit back with a Ryan Greene goal and a point from a free, which stretched the home team’s lead further with half time approaching.
[adrotate group=”56″]Donnacha Gallagher’s free and an Adam Neely free at the other end finished the first half scoring to leave it Dungloe 2-3 St Eunans 0-3.
St Eunan’s opened the scoring of the second half with a point from a free from Donnacha Gallagher while Noel McBride had to watch his goal chance be pushed out by keeper Matthew Gallagher and Martin Redmond stepped up to point from the resulting 45 to put six between the sides again.

Substitute Kevin Keely and a Donncha Gallagher free on 14 mins kept the visitors in touch. Dungloe’s Luke Neely and St Eunan’s sub Brian McIntyre and Donnacha Gallagher traded points as the game headed for injury time.
Dungloe’s super sub Adrian Sweneey got on the scoring sheet on 61 minutes, while Conor Morrison, for the Letterkenny side, had the final say of the game pointing for the visitors.
