GAOTH DOBHAIR MOVED to the top of the All-County Football League with a nine-point win over St Michael’s in Magheragallon.

Both teams were short a number of important players but it was the hosts’ panel that saw them through. They led 0-9 to 0-3 at the break, with points from Michael Carroll, Prionsas Gallagher, and Gavin McBride all on the mark. Ciaran Gallagher and Michael Cannon scored first half points for the visitors.
Carroll, who scored 1-2 in all, grabbed the only goal of the game on 40 minutes when he shot past Mark Anthony McGinley in the St Michael’s goal.
