MARTIN MCHUGH’S first match in charge of Kilcar ended in defeat at a windswept Magheragallon this afternoon in the Comórtas Peile na Gaeltachta.
An experimental Kilcar side were 0-6 to 0-2 up at half-time having enjoyed the benefit of a very strong wind. After the break, though, the hosts Gaoth Dobhair got into gear and ran out 2-9 to 0-6 winners in the end.
