THE VARIOUS DONEGAL GAA CHAMPIONSHIPS get underway on Saturday week and on Wednesday, the official launch took place.
Michael Murphy Sports and Leisure, Letterkenny, are the new sponsors of all the competitions and the Donegal captain was in attendance at the launch at the Radisson Blu Hotel in Letterkenny.
[adrotate group=”53″]He was joined by MC for the night, Charlie Collins, Donegal manager Rory Gallagher, Donegal GAA County Board chairman Sean Dunnion, treasurer Cieran Kelly and secretary Aideen Gillen, CCC secretary Declan Martin, assistant treasurer Paddy Tinney and administrator Noreen Doherty, as well as members of the competing clubs and the local media.
The various trophies were also in attendance with Naomh Conaill having won the Donegal SFC last year, Bundoran taking the Intermediate crown and Naomh Ultan the Junior title. Burt were crowned as the hurling champions and Glenswilly took home the senior reserve crown.
