The GAA’s Central Competitions Controls Committee (CCCC) have released the arrangements for the Round 4A All-Ireland Football Championship qualifiers following a meeting this afternoon.
Donegal will meet Galway at Markievicz Park in Sligo on Saturday-week, July 22. The throw-in time has yet to be confirmed.

The game will be a repeat of the 2009 qualifier between the teams, also played at Markievicz Park, when the then John Joe Doherty-managed Donegal won 0-14 to 0-13 in a thriller, only to see their hopes go up in flames following a 1-27 to 2-10 pasting by Cork in the subsequent quarter-final.
This time, Croke Park is not available on July 22 as U2 are playing at the Jones Road venue on the same day.
Donegal and Galway have plenty of previous when it comes to Championship instalments.
Galway denied Donegal a place in the All-Ireland finals of 1974 and 1983 when they defeated the Tir Chonaill men in semi-finals at Croke Park, though Galway went on to lose both finals at the hands of Dublin.
Two years ago, at the same stage of the qualifiers, Donegal overcame Galway 3-12 to 0-11 at Croke Park on a day when Patrick McBrearty, Ryan McHugh and Christy Toye netted goals with Donegal booking a place to meet Mayo in a quarter-final.
Back in 2003, Donegal and Galway met in a quarter-final replay. Following a draw in Dublin, Donegal had the edge 0-14 to 0-11 in a replay that was played in Castlebar.
