FIVE young St Johnston cricketers have been called up to the North-West Cricket Union’s regional development squads for the 2017 season.
Jack Macbeth, who has represented Ireland at underage level, is listed on the Under-17 squad.
Jack is a younger brother of another underage international, Ryan Macbeth, who is now with Bready.
The North-West Under-13 development squad contains St Johnston CC duo Scott Macbeth (pictured) and Khyat Bhasavar.
The Under-11 squad also sees call-ups for two more players from the Railway Road outfit with Sam Macbeth and Harry Pearson included.
