FINN HARPS’ clash with Longford Town has been moved to Friday-week, June 24, it has been confirmed.
The game comes after a two-week break for teams with Harps sitting nicely away from the danger zone at the moment, but they face a big month now on the resumption.
Harps had been penciled in for action at the City Calling Stadium in Longford on Saturday-week, June 25, but the fixture has been brought forward by 24 hours.
Harps go into the game nine points clear of Longford and Bray, who occupy the automatic relegation and play-off positions at the break.
In the corresponding match in Ballybofey, Ryan Curran’s penalty handed Harps a 1-0 win.
Harps headed for the break on a winning note having defeated Sligo Rovers 3-0 at Finn Park on a night when Sean Houston scored twice and Curran netted another.
