THE FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION OF IRELAND will decide on Monday what happens with tonight’s abandoned Premier Division game between Sligo Rovers and Finn Harps.
With the teams locked at 1-1 in the 86th minute, some of the floodlights at The Showgrounds went off.
Referee Padraigh Sutton called a halt to the game and, after a delay of around 15 minutes, the Clare man blew the final whistle amid confusion.

Sutton informed media present that ‘it will be up to the League to decide’ on what happens next.
The FAI will consider the reports of referee Sutton and the match delegate, Paul Doherty, on Monday.
Finn Harps secretary John Campbell has been in talks with FAI chiefs tonight and they have confirmed that their decision is whether the result stands at 1-1 or that the game be replayed in its entirty.
