Loreto Milford had no joy in this afternoon’s Tom Ticher Junior National Cup semi-final in Monaghan.

Conor Black headed home after just three minutes and Loreto were in dreamland for a while – but Enniscorthy hit back in the second half.
A cagey first half ended with the Milford students still in front through that opening goal by Black.
St Mary’s drew level in the 52nd minute when Kieran Murphy was teed up by Lee Jordan and he made no mistake.
The Enniscorthy side took the lead on the hour courtesy of a cracker from Paudie Casey and Jordan tucked home a penalty to put the tie beyond Loreto’s reach.
