DONEGAL’S TWO PARTICIPANTS at the Comortás Peile na Gaeltachta – Downings and Naomh Conaill – won their respective quarter-finals this evening in Ballyvourney, Cork.
Both teams had come through preliminary round ties earlier in the day.
[adrotate group=”67″]This evening, Downings enjoyed a 3-13 to 0-5 win over Cill Na Martra from Cork and will now face Kerry’s Lios Póil in the semi-final tomorrow at 3:30pm at Páirc Íosagáin in the junior competition.
Goals from Jamie Lee McBride, Colin Gallagher and Oisin Boyce were the goalscorers.

Dermot Molloy scored two goals for the current Donegal SFC champions, who were 1-18 to 2-3 in front at half-time, while John O’Malley and Leon Thompson also found the net.
