Goals by Aoife Gallanagh and Aoife Kelly secured the historic away win.
Bohemians took the lead, but Gallanagh drew Donegal level in the 38th minute.
Bohs asked testing questions, but Donegal ‘keeper Orla Corry made a superb save just before half-time.
Donegal had a let off 15 minutes from the end when Bohemians saw a penalty go over the crossbar.
Donegal’s rearguard of Aisling Irwin, Catherine Grier, Eimear Sweeney and Alannah Kee stood tall and the visits bagged the win in dramatic style.
Just four minutes from time, substitutes Kelsey McAteer and Kelly combined with the latter slotting home to seal the win.
