JAMIE Brennan might have outscored his county colleague Oisin Gallen by a point but it was Gallen who will be the happier of the Donegal forwards tonight as his side took both points on their visit to Gaelic Park.

The visitors started brightly and led by two after three minutes from Luke Gavigan and a free by Oisin Gallen (pictured by Daireen McMenamin).
The sides were level on seven minutes with two Jamie Brennan scores and the home side took the lead on 11 minutes with another free from Brennan.
The Ballybofey men then scored three frees in a row all from the boot of Gallen before Bundoran replied with Timmy Govorov getting on the end of a fine team move.
Gavin Gallagher received a black card on 22 minutes as Brennan pointed a free to level matters at 5 points each.
Another free from Gallen and a fantastic effort from midfielder Steven O’Reilly edged the visitors in front before Brennan and Farrah swapped scores to bring the first half scoring to an end and the teams were level at 0-8 apiece.
Both teams will hope to welcome back players for Championship next weekend with some notable absentees today like Marty O’Reilly, Michael McEniff and Ciaran McCaughey .
The men in white who face Ardara in the championship started the second half strongly and extended their lead with another excellent brace of scores from Padhraic Patton and Gallen.
As was the pattern in the first half Brennan and Gallen exchanged points from frees to leave McCumhaills ahead by four 0-11 to 0-07 on 40 minutes.
A well taken Oisin Walsh effort on 44 minutes gave the Seasiders hope but it was soon extinguished as a well worked Sean McCumhaills move was scrambled to the net from a scrum of players with corner forward Chad McSorley getting the final touch.
To their credit Bundoran finally awoke from their slumber and dominated the final exchanges with 3 Brennan frees leaving a goal between the sides 1-11 to 0-11.
A brilliant Ashley Mulhern save denied Oisin Gallen a certain goal on 60 minutes before veteran Shane McGowan hit a delightful score to leave it a 2 point game on 62 minutes.
A minute later Brennan hit the last of his 10 point tally but it was all in vain as his Donegal teammate had the final say to stroke over his 9th point on 65 minutes to give his side victory.
Bundoran welcome St Eunans to Gaelic Park on Friday need and will need a massive improvement if they are to record their first win of the season.
