Donegal Sport Hub is a new website dedicated to sport in the county.
The team is made up of Charlie Collins, Chris McNulty and Alan Foley, all three of whom have extensive experience of covering all manner of sports – locally, nationally and internationally.
Charlie is the former head of sports at Highland Radio – a role he fulfilled for 23 years.
Chris has worked as a sportswriter with the Donegal News since 2007.
Alan worked in a similar position with the Donegal Democrat, in his case starting in 2004.
“Thanks to Terence Diver and his staff at T Diver and Sons for the sponsorship of a Hyundai i30,” Alan said. “Also, thanks to Patsy Donaghy and everyone at CoLab, Chris Quinn, our graphic designer at Grace Ann Consultancy, our web designer Arindam Ghosh of Ghosh Web Design and all those who have offered advice over the last few weeks.
“We have been overwhelmed with the generosity from everyone in the sports clubs and local photographers who have already contributed and we look forward to working with and many more hopefully in the near future. Remember, this is your site every bit as much as it is ours!”

The new sports website will consist of rolling news, features, podcasts, video and audio from all strands of sport.
