TWO big games in the Donegal League have been postponed this weekend due to Covid-19.
The two games involve Keadue Rovers and have been put back a week pending a Covid-19 test for a player from the Central Park club.
The Donegal Junior League have confirmed to Donegal Daily/Donegal Sport Hub that the Voodoo Venue Cup final and the Premier Division-First Division relegation-promotion play-off have been postponed.
Keadue were set to face Glencar Celtic in today’s Cup final and were due to take on Rathmullan Celtic in tomorrow’s play-off. Both were pencilled in for The Diamond Park, Ballyare.
The games will now take place next weekend.
Meanwhile, the Brian McCormick Sports Cup semi-final between Cappry Rovers and Bonagee United will now be played at The Diamond Park tomorrow. The game had been scheduled to take place at Dreenan, but has been switched.
