There was another enjoyable weekend of football in the Donegal Soccer League as games from the Premier Division and Division One took place.
Brian Mc Cormick Sports Premier Division
Glenea United 1 Keadue Rovers 2
Keadue went one up after six minutes when Adam Nelly struck a free from the 20 yards low to the corner. Glenea levelled two minutes later when Ciaran McGeady closed down Danny Rodgers and crossed for Kyle Mc Mullan to tap in from 2 yards.
Keadue took the lead again after 40-minutes when Aiden Mc Hugh got on the end of a free kick to direct it past Joe Coll.
Glenea had the chance to draw level after 62 minutes when Darren Ferry was brought down in the box but the resultant penalty was saved by Danny Rodgers. Good Team performances from both sides.
Temple Domestic Appliances Division One
Lifford Celtic 3 Cranford United 3
Cranford scored first just before half-time following a defensive mix-up with Caolan Mc Groddy getting the goal.
Again just after half-time, it was Cranford who were quickest out of the blocks going 2-0 from a free kick. This sparked Lifford into life and they hit two quick-fire goals from Niall Coyle to level things up.
With Lifford attacking, a penalty was awarded with 20 minutes to go. Johnny Robb hit the back of the net. Lifford should have gone further clear spurning numerous of chances.
The paid for this in the last minute when Paul Gallagher levelled things up at 3-3.

Old Orchard Saturday Division One
Cappry Rovers Reserves 0 Drumbar F.C. 1
In a game played in good conditions in Cappry Park, it was the Away team that faired the better against the Home team. Drumbar had a few chances early on but couldn’t convert them.
The home side came into the game as the match wore on and both Colm Melaugh and David Carr brought fine saves out of the Drumbar keeper. Drumbar took the lead after 40 minutes when they scored on the breakthrough Caolan Heeney.
Kyle O’Meara went close for the home team on the stroke of half-time.
Cappry started the 2nd half well and Kyle O’Meara forced another fine save from the Drumbar keeper. Colm Melaugh then saw his header cleared off the line on the hour mark.
Cappry pressed to get level and saw efforts from Bari Duncan and Kyle O’Meara saved by the Drumbar keeper.
