DONEGAL GAA has announced that it will honour the retired members of the 2012 All-Ireland-winning squad at its annual banquet next month.
At the function, which takes place on December 3 in the Abbey Hotel, Donegal town, the County Board will honour the recently-retired Colm McFadden and Eamon McGee.
The duo announced their retirements in the wake of this year’s All-Ireland quarter-final defeat to Dublin at Croke Park in August.
McFadden stepped off the carousel as Donegal’s record appearance holder and record scorer, with 25-434 scored in 170 appearances.
