FINN VALLEY’S DEMPSEY MCGUIGAN and Tori Pena were in action in the United States over the weekend.
McGuigan (pictured above) is a student in University of Mississippi and was competing in Birmingham, Alabama, with the short hammer and had a PB 19.50 metres, which was an improvement on his 19.42 metres from the previous week .
Pena (pictured below) is already assured of her Olympic qualification and was in action in Colorado. She opened with a 4.25 metres in the pole vault so has got 2016 off to a good start.
