Naomh Conaill played the second half with 14 men after seeing former Donegal forward Dermot Molloy to a sending off in the latter part of the first half.
Naomh Conaill led 0-9 to 0-7 at half-time, with Niall O’Donnell keeping St Eunan’s in check.
Naomh Conaill briefly led by four early in the second half, but St Eunan’s were soon level as Niall O’Donnell fired to the net.
Ciaran Thompson and Eoin Waide steadied the ship for Naomh Conaill and the hosts showed fine spirit in the closing stages.
Thompson arched over three fabulous points late in the game as Naomh Conaill prevailed.
