THERE WAS JOY for the Donegal contingent with the Kerry Donegal ladies team who won the New York Championship final yesterday.
Kerry Donegal defeated Cavan 4-10 to 0-13 in the decider at Gaelic Park.
Termon’s Geraldine McLaughlin led the way, scoring 1-6 for the winners.
She was joined in the squad by her sister Nicole, Four Masters pair Niamh Curristan and Denise Dunnion as well as Pettigo’s Christina McGrath.
Termon club woman Aoife Gill was joint manager of the Kerry Donegal side.

Four Masters player Kate Keaney was on the Cavan side.
