NAKITA BURKE returned to the Lagan Harps attack with a goal as the Orchard Park team reached the Ulster Cup final.

Burke hasn’t played for Lagan this season and has instead been running, but the striker was back in action today and helped fire BrÃd McGinty’s team into the final.
All the goals came in the final 25 minutes.
[adrotate group=”37″]Amanda Callaghan and Amy Boyd went close for Lagan early on, but Illies soaked up the pressure and held firm.
However, Lagan hit the front on 65 minutes when Burke fired home after powering down the right-hand side.
Illies equalised with 17 minutes to go after Danielle Doherty’s corner was turned to the Lagan net by Alison McGonagle.

On 82 minutes, Zoe Green was founded at the edge of the box and Caroline Gallagher scored from the free kick.
Boyd bagged two late goals for Lagan. Nadine Crawford provided the assist for her first, slipped beneath the Illies goalkeeper and, with three minutes left, Boyd netted after being teed up by Green.
