RED HOT Dylan Browne-McMonagle lit up the holiday crowd at Bundoran on Saturday last with a magical five-timer as the champion jockey recovered after his tumble the previous week.
Dylan got his first of the afternoon when bolting up on the very impressive Five Stone Of Lead in the 148cm. He soon doubled up as Ya Skitter regained the winning thread in the 153cm and then Thunder Struck made it the treble when cutting loose to score in the one mile open.
The teenager made it the fourtimer when Let Him Go made all in the one mile six non winners and his day was completed with his fab five as Unhinged dotted up in the 143cm.
The Letterkenny jockey then set sail for Broadford Co Limerick on Saturday evening where he had another fourtimer on Sunday.
Bringing his total for the weekend to nine victories. That has got him even closer to the 200-winner mark which will give him another milestone.
Fintown rider Paul McGill had another winner in Bundoran as Cool The Jets dug very deep to repel Tell Ya Nothing in the two mile open as Darragh McGill no relation to the latter came with a swooping late charge on Ballyhacket Boy to grab the spoils in the 10 furlong open.
Ryan Sexton brother of the former champion jockey Kevin landed the feature race the Sean McEniff Memorial 12 furlong open when Not Today put up his best display to date by winning in good style making it two wins in just a week.
The next meeting in the North West is the Letterkenny Racing on Sunday 28th July.
