Browne-McMonagle takes impressive win at the Curragh

LETTERKENNY JOCKEY Dylan Browne-McMonagle took his second track win this afternoon.

Just four days after his first success on Jumellea, Browne-McMonagle rode the 5/4 favourite Njord to a comfortable win in the apprentice handicap at the Curragh.

Browne-McMonagle and Njord had almost four lengths to spare at the end.

In tough terrain, Njord, trained by Sheila Lavery, was sent away by Browne-McMonagle and never looked in doubt ahead of 7/2 Passing Trade.
