Jason Quigley was back home cheering on Finn Harps last night at Finn Park.
Quigley, the NABF middleweight champion, was introduced to the crowd at half-time as Harps defeated Limerick 3-1.
Quigley won his first professional title in March when he defeated Glen Tapia at Fantasy Springs.
Despite boxing eight rounds with severed tendons in a broken right hand, Quigley took a unanimous decision win to move his pro record to 13-0.
[adrotate group=”91″]After undergoing surgery in Los Angeles, where he is now based, Quigley was unable to fly home straight after the fight.
But, having had pins removed, the Ballybofey man jetted back home on Thursday – just in time to roar Harps to a vital victory last night.
