RORY CARR FACES a spell on the sidelines after dislocating his shoulder for a second time in six months.
The St Eunan’s forward picked up the injury on Friday night at county training and will have a scan to see what the damage is.
[adrotate group=”56″]Eighteen-year-old Carr suffered the same injury in St Eunan’s victory in the Ulster Club Minor semi-final win over Enniskillen Gaels in Belfast in December.
His return was delayed slightly having picked up a hamstring injury but did appear for St Eunan’s in the All-County Football League Division 1 against Ardara earlier this month and then in the drawn game against Kilcar in the Donegal SFC opener.
Donegal manager Rory Gallagher called Carr into the panel for the Dr McKenna Cup in light of his impressive form that took St Eunan’s to last year’s Donegal SFC.

“Rory would definitely have made his debut in the McKenna Cup,” Gallagher said of Carr in January. “He has made a great impression since coming in and has played a couple of challenge games.”
