Away assignment again for Bonagee United ladies in semi-final

BONAGEE UNITED have been handed a tough draw in the semi-finals of the WFAI Intermediate Shield.

Seamy McGinty’s team have been drawn away to Manulla FC in Mayo in the last four clash.

Bonagee overcame Dublin side Finglas United 2-1 on Sunday when Natalie McFadden’s brace saw the Dry Arch side through after extra time.

Back in May, Bonagee’s fellow Donegal Women’s League side Lagan Harps overcame Manulla 2-0 in the WFAI Intermediate Cup with Nadine Crawford and Amy Boyd netting.

In the other semi-final, Killenaule Moyglass of Tipperary will take on Terenure from Dublin.
