ST EUNAN’S MANAGER MAXI CURRAN believes he’s in a privileged position ahead of Sunday’s RTÉ Raidió na Gaeltachta SFC final against Naomh Conaill.
The Letterkenny side have a wealth of experience – regardless of age according to Curran (pictured above by Gary Foy) – that has made his job as manager a reasonably seamless one.
Last year’s champions are now going for two from two under Curran and will take on the Glenties-based Naomh Conaill on Sunday, with little to choose between the teams.
“We have a very willing bunch of players that are prepared to try anything,” Curran said. “I’m very fortunate they have given me a blank canvas to go and do with I think on a give day.”
