RAPHOE COACH RODNEY BATES hopes that the Donegal club can establish themselves as a Premier League club.
A 2-1 win over Portadown last Saturday lifted Raphoe up to fifth in the table and they host Belfast Harlequins, the division’s third-placed team, at the Royal and Prior School Grounds this afternoon.
“The amount of times that we’ve been up in the top League and come back down…We’d be known as a yo-yo club; up-and-down, up-and-down,” Bates told Donegal Sport Hub after last weekend’s win.
“Staying up is our number one priority this season and it would be a bit of history if we could do that.”
