LETTERKENNY ROVERS MANAGER Eamon McConigley is in confident mood ahead of Sunday’s clash with Midleton.
Rovers face the Munster Senior League side at the Aura Centre with the carrot of a place in the quarter-finals of the competition dangling before them.
“It’s a big game, yeah and it’s a big chance for us with a home draw in the Intermediate Cup,” McConigley said.
“I do feel that we have a bit of an edge.”
Tommy Bonner is absent for the Cathedral Town side, but Mark Forker will return having missed their win over Dunboyne because of ‘flu.
“We’re really looking forward to the game,” McConigley said.
“The good thing about the squad is that I know I can put a player on who is every bit as good as the man coming off.”
