DALE GORMAN IS currently enjoying his close season break after making the breakthrough at Stevenage FC in 2015/16.
The Letterkenny native played 14 times for the Sky Bet League Two.

“I was in the team, out of the team and new management came in and I was back in the team. That’s the way it works in football.”

“I learned a lot,” former Letterkenny Rovers midfielder Gorman continued. “There’s been ups and downs and hopefully next season I will be able to kick on now. I went into expecting it to be high and it didn’t disappoint me. The facilities are exceptional for a League Two club. The fans have been brilliant to me as well.
“Players on those divisions are playing for their kids and their mortgages. I was glad I learned that. We finished off the season very good. All the lads stuck together and we got through it. We should be able to fight for promotion.”
