SAMMY BOGAN SAYS the pain of last year is driving Carndonagh Community School on their All-Ireland quest.
Last year, the school lost three All-Ireland semi-finals – but Bogan believes they’re ready to make it up this time.
“We put that in the hurt locker every time and we said that we’d get our chance again,” Bogan told Donegal Sport Hub.
“We have a fantastic chance of winning an All-Ireland this year. I fancy them to do it – I think they’re outstanding.”
Goals by Mary Doherty and Erin McLaughlin handed Carndonagh the win. Bogan said “There is a lot of quality there and they never miss a training session.
“On another day that could have been a bigger scoreline, but the Raphoe ‘keeper did very well.”
