Another win for Ballyare jockey Oisin Orr at Dundalk

BALLYARE’S OISIN ORR continued his good form on Friday night in Dundalk with a win aboard Creeping Ivy.

Orr has had good success of late and, 16 days after his previous win on Creeping Ivy, he steered the Tony Martin-trained four-year-old to a win in the Crowne Plaza Leading Jockey & Trainer Championship Apprentice Handicap.

Creeping Ivy was sent off the 5/4 favourite. Orr came from the rear on the Mustameet filly and moved into second a furlong from home.

The Leopardstown Members Racing Club-owned Creeping Ivy, with Orr giving a patient ride, past the post with half-a-length to spare on Mademoiselle Penny.
