PAURIC RYAN, the St Eunan’s manager, has full belief in his team ahead of Saturday’s Spirit of Paul McGirr Ulster Under-16 final against Warrenpoint in Dromore.
Eunan’s meet the Down champions on Saturday afternoon (2pm) after impressive wins over Derrygonnelly and Magherafelt.
Last weekend, Ryan’s men defeated Magherafelt, the pre-tournament favourites, 4-13 to 1-5 with Padraig McGettigan (2-1), Michael Gallagher (1-2) and Daragh Ellison inflicting the bulk of the damage.
Now, they stand an hour from Ulster glory.
“I don’t think the occasion will get to them,” Ryan told Donegal Sport Hub.
“They’re experienced boys. They’ll be alright.
‘We’re very hopeful. Our defence is nice and neat and the forwards score – they do what they’re supposed to do. Hopefully we can do it all again on Saturday.
“We’re all very excited. They’re a great bunch of lads. It’s a perfect set-up so far and we’re hoping for more of the same on Saturday.”

Ryan said: “Winning your own Championship in Donegal was a fabulous prize, but getting into Ulster was the big reward from that and getting a chance to test ourselves.
“I thought or hoped that we were good, but we obviously are.”
