Uachtarán CLG Aogán Ó Fearghail will officially launch CLG Ghaoth Dobhair’s five year Strategic Plan on Wednesday, September 21, at 7pm, in the clubhouse in Machaire Gathlán.
Work on the plan commenced in February of this year, and submissions were received by a large number of club members to define a pathway for the next five years.
[adrotate group=”31″]The main themes covered under the Strategic Plan are Coaching and Games Development, Structure and Administration, Finances, Facilities and Developments, Communication and Gaeilge agus Cúrsaí Cultúir.
Much of the focus in the plan is on coaching and games development, with twelve of the forty nine objectives in the club plan focused on games development.
[adrotate group=”38″]During his visit, Uachtarán Chumann Lúthchleas Gael Aogán Ó Fearghail will also carry out the official opening of the recently refurbished CLG Ghaoth Dobhair clubhouse bar.
An open invitation is being extended to all club members to attend the launch.
