THE AURA CENTRE in Letterkenny saw the four-minute mile broken last night.

Lee Emmanuel was the man who did it at the Letterkenny AC Sub 4 Minute Mile Challenge Event, which took place at the Danny McDaid track at the Aura Centre.

The Sheffield native ran 3:59.66.
