DONEGAL AND MONAGHAN battled out a thrilling Ulster SFC semi-final stalemate last night in Cavan.
Odhrán Mac Niallais goaled for Donegal, who played the last 15 minutes with 14 men after Martin McElhinney was sent off after getting a black card to go along with an earlier yellow.
Here’s how Twitter saw the game:

Odran Mac Niallais is a beautifully balanced footballer

Corey has no interest in playing football v Michael Murphy. Mc quillan should be able 2 read that situ and book him for continuous fouling

Not like Michael Murphy to be missing those type of frees #UlsterChampionship

Conor McManus is a magical player, best in the land, but Donegal's discipline an issue all year. Yet again, giving away soft frees costly.

[adrotate group=”46″]Wonder will that incident involving the Donegal keeper be highlighted as much as Tiernan McCann's was last year. #DejaVu

I'm embarrassed for Donegal keeper McGinley. That was a shameful dive. This is Gaelic lad not premier league. Get up! #UlsterChampionship

Donegal looked like they gave that match their all. I hope the well can be reached again. I'm confident. Few blips on a decent performance.

[adrotate group=”70″]Donegal went 64 days without a game before playing Fermanagh. To win Ulster, they'll have to play four in 35 days.

Talk at HT on Sky about ineffectiveness of Donegal k/outs. Outcome? Don scored net 0-03 on theirs; Mon 0-01 pic.twitter.com/DLxiL0iERK
