FOUR OF Cranford AC’s young athletes traveled to the Mary Peters Track in Belfast yesterday.
First up was Killian Browne and Allan Neely in the shot putt. Killian had a good throw of 6.40 metres and Allan got a pb with a fine throw of 7.24m getting sixth place.

Molly was up next in the under-15 girls javelin where she threw 17.28m and was 5th place overall.
[adrotate group=”60″]In the under-14 boys javelin Killian Browne threw over 21m to also come home in 5th place.
In the under-15 boys javelin Eoghan Moore threw over 35m earning himself a silver medal and now qualifies for the Nationals in Tullamore.
The last event of the day for Cranford was Allan Neely in the u14 boys 800m where he ran a good solid race.
