THEY’VE COME UP with a novel version of the cyrotherapy chambers or even ice baths at Naomh Muire – and Joe Brolly wondered “what team of eejits is that?”
The club who are based at the Banks are preparing for the Michael Murphy Sports & Leisure Donegal SFC, where they will take on Glenfin the weekend after next in a group that also includes MacCumhaill’s and Malin.
[adrotate group=”55″]Kieran Cunningham from the Irish Daily Star tweeted about the exterior ice baths, which promoted RTE analyst Brolly to wonder who it was. Luckily, Naomh Muire’s Hugh ‘Yank’ Boyle put the 1993 All-Ireland winner with Derry right.
The photo appears is not so recent – possibly two years – but fun nonetheless!

Adam Speer, who was Donegal’s All-Ireland winning Strength & Conditioning coach in 2012, reminded everyone that maybe the approach is not so novel.
